Vice-President/General Manager - responsible for overseeing the entire operation, including production,
sales, marketing and operations.
Executive Producer - responsible for the production department. oversees new show development,
manages producers and directors, ops, promo, facilities. participates in negotiations with labor unions
and sports teams.
Coordinating Producer - responsible for one part of the production department, there may be only one or
several CP’s
Director of Remote Operations - oversees department charged with setting up events. they ensure that
the truck is there, a generator if needed, a satellite uplink and backups of everything.
Director of Crewing - the head of crewing not only makes sure an event has a crew, but that they are the
most skilled of the available workforce on any given day. the second most thankless job in television.
Production Administrator - started as a secretary, but has grown to much more. simply put, they are the
administrative point-person for everyone else. they usually represent the company in make sure things
flow correctly.
